Europe 2011

Well, here it is.  I've been waiting a while to make the first post, and also, first appearance of this travel blog.  I leave on Sunday for about  two months in Europe.  I have no itinerary, but probably a short list of 100 things I plan to see.  The plan is that when I enter a city and I like it, I will stay a while.  If I don't like the city, then I'm on the next train or plane out to who knows where.  I think that's simple enough.  


I have more money saved than planned, quit my job, and I don't think I've been more ready for anything in my life.


I will try to update the blog every day I am there--offering insights into locations, posting pictures, sharing anecdotes.

Also, through the duration of this blog, I will do my best to update music I'm listening to and what I'm reading.
